Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Performance Consultant II to build and maintain relationships with OEM corporate and field teams as well as dealership clients. You will provide consultative recommendations to improve product utilization and retention, with up to 75% travel and remote work when not traveling.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years working with dealerships, strong communication, and ability to analyze processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years experience with OEM dealer groups or industry vendors.
• Minimum 1 year working directly with dealerships in advisory or account management.
• Comprehensive understanding of dealership processes and operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site consultations with dealerships to maximize retention and program growth.
• Promote retention and growth by engaging OEM corporate and field teams and dealer networks.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support and consultative summaries to dealership management.
• Lead quarterly KPI reviews and present best practices to enterprise teams.
• Travel up to 75% and manage travel in accordance with client and Cox guidelines.
• Represent Cox Automotive at national dealer events and industry conferences.
