Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking a strategic OEM Performance Manager to support Xtime products with enterprise customers. The role emphasizes on-site consultations, relationship-building with OEM teams, and driving program objectives in a fast-changing automotive environment.

Responsibilities include managing dashboards, conducting KPI reviews, and training dealership personnel to maximize product utilization while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2+ years in OEM dealer groups, dealerships, or industry vendors.
• At least 1 year working directly with dealerships, advising or managing accounts.
• Strong understanding of dealership processes and operational readiness in enterprise and dealership contexts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel ~75% with in-market and overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and remote consultations to drive OEM program objectives.
• Maintain client engagements monthly and quarterly to minimize churn and drive product utilization.
• Establish and nurture relationships with OEM corporate and field teams and dealership networks.
• Present regional dealer group experiences and best practices to internal teams and customers.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support and post-implementation guidance to enterprise customers.
• Coordinate and participate in OEM meetings to review activity and plan objectives.
