Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience (ophthalmic experience beneficial).
• Ability to build, develop, and foster longstanding relationships with customers.
• Proficient with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience executing strategic and targeted business plans around priorities and goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales revenue and product goals.
• Develop and grow the territory business by acquiring new customers and expanding the existing base.
• Drive demand through reimbursement solutions and payer channels.
• Call on ophthalmic healthcare professionals in defined markets and maintain relationships.
• Record sales activity in the CRM accurately and timely.
