Job summary

Harrow is seeking an Ocular Surface Sales Specialist to launch and grow market share with a strong payer focus in a defined geography. You will report to the Area Sales Manager and drive demand for Vevye, Tyrvaya, Verkazia, Natacyn, and related products through ophthalmic professionals.

The role requires a self-starter mindset, robust relationship-building skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic ophthalmic market. Extensive travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• Ability to build and foster longstanding customer relationships.
• Ability to quickly absorb product information and offer solutions.
• Experience executing strategic and targeted business plans.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow market share focusing on payer channel in defined geography.
• Drive demand and manage territory with accountability for revenue goals.
• Develop physician and staff relationships; act as customer liaison.
• Create quarterly action plans and partner with accounts.
• Accurately record sales activity in CRM and follow up.
• Maintain deep product portfolio knowledge and competitive awareness.
• Travel up to 80% of the time within the territory.
