Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• Ability to build, develop, and foster relationships with customers.
• Ability to absorb products and practice information quickly and offer solutions.
• Experience executing strategic and targeted business plans.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue and product goals.
• Develop territory business and acquire new customers while expanding the base.
• Drive demand through reimbursement solutions.
• Call on ophthalmic professionals and build physician/staff relationships.
• Develop quarterly action plans and partner with accounts.
• Record sales activity in CRM accurately and timely.
• Maintain in-depth product portfolio knowledge and articulate clinical benefits.
• Travel routinely within the defined geography and manage expenses responsibly.
