Harrow is seeking an Ocular Surface Sales Specialist to launch and grow market share in a defined geographic area, focusing on the payer channel. You will engage ophthalmologists, optometrists, and staff to communicate indications and advantages of Harrow’s products, while meeting revenue objectives.

In this remote/field-based role, you will travel up to 80% of the time, manage relationships, and develop action plans with accounts to drive product adoption in a dynamic ophthalmic market.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in pharma or medical device sales, ophthalmic experience a bonus.
• Ability to build and foster lasting customer relationships.
• Absorb product information quickly and tailor solutions.
• Experience executing strategic and targeted business plans.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eye-care space knowledge preferred.
• Balance a broad product portfolio.
• Knowledge of payer landscape: Commercial, Medicare Part D, dual-eligibility.
• Understand physician decision-making across therapies.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Independent judgment and initiative.
• Superior written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and adjust priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of quarterly sales revenue and product goals.
