Job summary

Harrow, Inc. is seeking an Ocular Surface Sales Specialist to lead launches and grow market share across a defined geographic area. You will focus on demand through payer channels, engaging ophthalmologists, optometrists, and staff with value-based communication.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in pharmaceutical or medical device sales. Expect up to 80% travel and a remote/field-based work setup, with strong product portfolio knowledge and professional presentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience (ophthalmic experience is beneficial).
• Ability to build, develop, and foster longstanding relationships with customers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% in the defined territory.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of meeting or exceeding quarterly sales revenue and product goals.
• Develop and grow the territory business by acquiring new customers and expanding the existing base.
• Drive demand through reimbursement strategies and payer channel support.
• Call on ophthalmic professionals, building physician and staff relationships.
• Develop quarterly action plans and partner with accounts using internal resources.
• Accurately record sales activity in CRM and manage expenses responsibly.
