Job summary

Harrow, Inc. is seeking an Ocular Surface Sales Specialist to launch and grow market share in a defined geographic area.

You will engage ophthalmologists, optometrists, and staff to communicate product indications, advantages, and value-based solutions for our Vevye, Tyrvaya, Verkazia, and Natacyn portfolio in a fast-changing ophthalmic market. The role requires a self-starter with strong organization and multitasking abilities, reporting to the Area Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience (ophthalmic experience is beneficial).
• Ability to build, develop, and foster longstanding relationships with customers.
• Ability to quickly absorb products and practice information and offer solutions that resonate.
• Experience with the execution of strategic and targeted business plans around priorities and goals.
• Proficient with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership for meeting or exceeding quarterly sales revenue and product goals.
• Analyze, develop, and grow the territory business and acquire new customers.
• Drive demand through organic pull-through and reimbursement solutions.
• Call on ophthalmic healthcare professionals in defined markets and build relationships.
• Develop quarterly action plans and partner with accounts.
