Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years in pharma/medical sales or ophthalmic space preferred.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships and manage territory.
• Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow market share in a defined geographic area with a payer focus.
• Call on ophthalmic professionals, build physician/staff relationships, and provide product value.
• Develop quarterly action plans and partner with accounts to drive reimbursement.
• Maintain CRM activity and stay current on portfolio benefits and competitors.
• Travel up to 80% per week with overnight stays as needed.
