Job summary

Harrow, Inc. is seeking an Ocular Surface Sales Specialist to launch and grow market share in the ophthalmic field across the United States. You will work remotely, engaging ophthalmologists, optometrists, and staff to communicate clinical benefits and reimbursement options.

Travel is up to 80% of the time, with a focus on building durable physician relationships, meeting revenue objectives, and delivering value through a patient-centric portfolio including VEVYE, Tyrvaya, Verkazia, and Natacyn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• Ability to build and foster longstanding relationships with customers.
• Experience with strategic and targeted business plans.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales revenue and product goals.
• Develop territory business and acquire new customers.
• Drive demand and apply reimbursement solutions.
• Call on ophthalmic professionals in defined markets.
• Maintain CRM records and report activity.
