Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking an Ocular Specialty Representative to join our Pharma team, covering Hackensack, NJ and surrounding territory. You will manage ophthalmology and optometrist markets, build territory plans, and drive sales growth by leveraging clinical selling techniques and CRM tools.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales with strong communication and analytical skills; Power BI experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; science or related discipline preferred.
• Specialty pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to plan and manage accounts.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and data analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build territory business plans using analytical tools and guidance from home office.
• Drive territory performance through growth in prescribing and market share.
• Stay current on managed care coverage and communicate with providers.
• Use clinical selling techniques and manage promotional activities within the plan.
