Job summary

Felician University is seeking a Nursing Success Coach for the Hybrid ABSN Nursing Program to develop retention activities for students identified as at-risk of failing and to provide mentoring and coordinated services to improve course completion and graduation outcomes. This role is primarily remote and requires comfort with Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

• Current NJ license as a Registered Nurse in good standing; NJ RN license required throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct retention and support activities for at-risk students in the Hybrid ABSN Nursing Program.
• Provide direct academic support, mentoring and coordinated service delivery; connect students to resources to improve course completion and graduation outcomes.
• Work primarily remote with familiarity of remote learning venues.
