Job summary

The Nursing Student Success & Retention Specialist at AgUpdate College supports student success, progression, and NCLEX readiness in the Nursing Program. The role identifies at-risk students, develops individualized remediation plans, and coaches students while collaborating with faculty to improve retention and program outcomes.

Responsibilities include data analysis, reporting, and coordinating multiple remediation projects in a college-wide setting.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or BSN with active pursuit of a master's degree.
• Minimum three years of nursing experience.
• Experience in nursing education, student success, remediation, or retention is preferred.
• Current PA RN license or multi-state licensure privilege.
• Ability to obtain ATI Proctor Certification and ATI Champion designation.

Responsibilities

• Support student success, progression, retention, and NCLEX readiness in the Nursing Program.
• Identify at-risk students and develop remediation and success plans.
• Coach and mentor students and coordinate remediation sessions.
• Analyze assessment data and prepare retention reports.
