Job summary

Wolters Kluwer seeks an Account & Relationship Management Executive in Nursing Education to own a defined territory, build strong relationships with nursing programs, and drive adoption of evidence-based nursing education solutions across colleges.

You will engage faculty, program leaders, and deans, coordinating discovery, solution alignment, and implementation, with support from a Regional Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years in Account Management or Sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage territory and accounts with multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn Wolters Kluwer products.
• Travel up to 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet objectives via prospecting and account management.
• Develop sales strategy for prospects and accounts and manage deals through the sales cycle.
• Communicate with customers regarding account problems and discuss concerns and suggestions.
• Negotiate service and product terms with customers.
• Report suggestions to and develop solutions with sales, order processing, and customer support.
• Handle add‑on sales for clients.
• Use Salesforce CRM to process, track, and organize client information.
