Job summary

Wolters Kluwer (Lippincott) is seeking an Account & Relationship Management Executive in Nursing Education to drive growth across a defined Alabama territory. You’ll partner with nursing faculty and program leaders, map priorities, and position evidence-based nursing education solutions to improve teaching, NCLEX readiness, and clinical judgment.

You will own a territory, build strategic plans, balance prospecting with account management, and move opportunities through the full sales cycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years in Account Management or Sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage territory and multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve objectives.
• Develop sales strategy for prospects and accounts; manage deals.
• Communicate with customers on account issues and suggestions.
• Negotiate terms with customers.
• Collaborate with sales, order processing, and support teams to implement solutions.
• Execute add-on sales and leverage CRM for tracking.
• Use Salesforce to process, track, and organize client information.
