Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking an Account & Relationship Management Executive in Nursing Education. You will build partnerships with nursing programs, position evidence-based solutions, and guide customers through discovery to implementation from a home office within Alabama. Travel up to 4 days/week to support territory growth.

You will own a territory, develop a strategic plan, and work with a Regional Sales Manager to expand partnerships and drive revenue while representing Lippincott products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Account Management or Sales.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage territory and multi-task.
• Customer-focused with client relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet objectives.
• Create sales strategy for prospects and accounts and close deals.
• Communicate with customers about issues and feedback.
• Negotiate terms and coordinate with internal teams.
• Provide feedback to sales, order processing, and support teams.
• Lead add-on sales and use Salesforce to manage data.
