Responsibilities

• Schedule nursing visits using Float Health’s technology and third-party platforms.
• Respond to and manage roughly 40 Zendesk tickets per shift with timely resolution.
• Answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift from pharmacies, patients, and nurses.
• Schedule and confirm 10–30 patient visits per shift with accuracy and empathy.
• Coordinate care via phone, email, and text; ensure documentation is uploaded.
• Balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track data and share insights.
• Proactively suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Maintain effective relationships with specialty pharmacies and nursing partners.
