Float Health is hiring a Recurring Care Specialist for a fully remote US-based role. You will coordinate nursing visits, interface with pharmacies, nurses, and patients, and manage scheduling and communications across platforms. The role emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and proactive process improvement to scale operations.

The position offers a base salary 48k–50k annually, full-time hours, and benefits. You will work two potential shifts and contribute to excellent patient care from home.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with medical scheduling.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Prior healthcare experience or terminology familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule nursing visits using Float Health's technology and external platforms.
• Respond to and manage ~40 Zendesk tickets per shift with timely resolution.
• Handle up to 30 inbound calls per shift from pharmacies, patients, and nurses.
• Schedule and confirm 10–30 patient visits per shift with accuracy and empathy.
• Communicate via phone, email, and text to coordinate care and scheduling.
• Ensure documentation is collected and uploaded for scheduled visits.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment without losing detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and streamline workflows.
• Proactively identify process improvements to boost team efficiency and scalability.
• Maintain relationships with specialty pharmacies and nursing partners.
