Job summary

IQVIA is hiring a Flex Nurse Educator to educate patients remotely and, as needed, in the field. The role supports continuity during staff absences and territory vacancies, emphasizing privacy and adherence to protocols.

Qualified candidates will hold an active RN license, a Bachelor's degree, and at least 5 years of clinical experience with strong communication and organizational skills. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing; multi-state preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; BSN preferred.
• 5+ years clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharma, or biotech.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, iPad technology, and virtual platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for in-field assignments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote patient education via telephonic, video, email, SMS, and secure messaging.
• Provide in-field education during territory vacancies with privacy and high standards.
• Coordinate with District Managers and Field Leadership; assist onboarding and mentoring.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to KPIs and compliance standards.
• Educate patients on disease states and prescribed medications; support treatment adherence.
• Address access barriers and promote dialogue between patients and healthcare providers.
