Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Flex Nurse Educator to support patient care through remote education and in-field coverage, ensuring continuity during staff absences and territory vacancies. The role emphasizes non-clinical, educational interactions and requires travel up to 50%.

Requirements include an active RN license, a Bachelor's degree, and at least 5 years of clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings. This position is remote-friendly with field travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing, multi-state preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; BSN preferred.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proficient with virtual platforms, documentation, MS Office, and iPad technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote patient education including medication administration training and adherence support.
• Provide in-person education during territory vacancies, including home visits as approved.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold KPIs and compliance.
• Collaborate with District Managers and Field Leadership; participate in training.
• Connect patients with program-approved resources and support dialogue with providers.
