Job summary

IQVIA, the world’s premier provider of healthcare insights, seeks a licensed RN for a Flex Nurse Educator role. You will support patient education remotely and in-field to cover territory vacancies, empower patients, and promote treatment adherence.

The position is non-clinical and education-focused, requiring strong communication, documentation, and collaboration with district and field leaders. Travel up to 50% and occasional evenings/weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing; multi-state compact preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• California RN licensure may be required based on time zone/residence.
• Residence within the specified geography and the ability to travel up to 50%.
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharma, or biotech settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote patient education via phone, video, email, SMS, and secure messaging.
• Provide in-person education only during territory vacancies, including home visits.
• Facilitate connections to program resources and promote dialogue between patients and providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with KPIs and protocols.
• Collaborate with District Managers and Field Leadership; assist in onboarding and mentoring.
