Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Flex Nurse Educator to support patient education remotely and in-field coverage as needed across the United States. This non-clinical, educational role empowers patients to manage their disease and improve treatment adherence, while maintaining privacy and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate is an RN with 5+ years of clinical experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing; multi-state licensure preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote patient education via telephonic, video, email, SMS, and secure messaging platforms.
• Provide in-person education during territory vacancies while maintaining privacy and high educational standards.
• Collaborate with District Managers and Field Leadership; assist onboarding and mentoring new team members.
