Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing; multi-state compact preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; BSN preferred.
• California RN licensure may be required depending on time zone.
• Must reside within the specified geography.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proficient with virtual platforms, documentation, MS Office, and iPad technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote patient education via telephony, video, email, SMS, and secure messaging.
• Provide in-person education during territory coverage, including home visits, maintaining privacy and educational standards.
• Coordinate connections to program resources and facilitate dialogue between patients and providers.
• Maintain thorough documentation and comply with protocols and KPIs.
