Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing; compact multi-state preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; California RN licensure may be needed if residing in Mountain/Pacific time zones.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Proficient in virtual platforms, documentation, MS Office, and iPad technology.
• Driving is required; valid driver’s license and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote patient education via telephonic, video, email, SMS, and secure messaging.
• Provide in-person education during territory vacancies, such as home visits.
• Maintain privacy and high educational standards; ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with District Managers and Field Leadership; participate in training and onboarding.
• Coordinate connections between patients and program-approved resources.
• Educate patients on disease states and prescribed medications; support treatment adherence.
