Job summary

IQVIA LLC seeks a Flex Nurse Educator to educate patients remotely and, when needed, in the field to cover staff absences and territory vacancies. The role emphasizes non-clinical education, patient empowerment, and adherence support across multiple channels.

Required are an active RN license, a bachelor's degree, and at least five years of clinical experience in healthcare settings. Travel up to 50% may be required, with weekends and evenings possible.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing and multi-state licensure preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; BSN preferred.
• Experience in hospital, home health, pharma, or biotech settings ideal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote patient education via telephonic, video, email, SMS, and secure messaging.
• Provide in-person education during territory vacancies, including home visits.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to KPIs and compliance.
• Coordinate with District Managers and Field Leadership and assist onboarding.
