argenx SE is seeking a dedicated Patient Access and Education Specialist to enable access to therapies for autoimmune patients. You will provide direct education to patients and caregivers about gMG, help navigate insurance coverage, and educate on financial assistance programs while coordinating therapy logistics.

The role requires an RN license, 5+ years of clinical healthcare experience, 2-5+ years in case management, and 2+ years in the pharma/biotech industry.

Competenze

• RN license in good standing.
• 5+ years of clinical healthcare experience.
• 2-5+ years of case management.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry a must.
• Travel less than 50% of the time.

Mansioni

• Provide direct educational training and support to patients and caregivers about gMG and prescribed argenx products.
• Communicate insurance coverage updates and findings to the patient and/or caregiver.
• Review and educate patients on financial assistance programs they may be eligible for.
• Coordinate logistical support for patient to receive therapy and manage their disease.
• Collaborate with argenx Patient Access Specialist, Case Coordinator, and Field Reimbursement Manager teams to troubleshoot reimbursement issues.
• Engage with patients and provider case coordinators to ensure appropriate support is provided.
