argenx is seeking a Nurse Case Manager Lead in the United States to oversee a regional team educating patients and caregivers as part of the Patient Support Program. You will provide leadership, coaching, and ensure timely, compliant support across treatment journeys.

Responsibilities include developing case management processes, managing access needs, and collaborating with partners. Requires 5+ years in healthcare, RN/BSN, and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Masters preferred.
• BSN and/or RN licensure; current nursing license.
• 5+ years clinical healthcare experience incl pharma/biotech.
• 3–5+ years case management and reimbursement experience.
• 5+ years of experience building and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient support case management processes.
• Manage patient access needs in initiation and onboarding with partners.
• Evaluate patient data to ensure guideline-compliant support.
• Maintain compliant case management documentation.
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders to meet company goals.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Nurse Case Managers.
• Ensure data privacy, PV adherence and training.
