Job summary

argenx SE in the United States is seeking a Nurse Case Manager (NCM) to educate patients and caregivers about gMG and argenx products, coordinate therapy logistics, and assist with coverage and financial assistance programs. The NCM will collaborate across internal teams and travel regionally as needed to support patient programs.

The role requires an RN license, 5+ years of clinical experience, and 2+ years in case management with pharma/biotech exposure.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in healthcare.
• 2-5+ years of case management
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech industry a must
• Reimbursement experience a plus
• Must live in geographically assigned territory
• Bilingual or multilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide direct educational training and support to patients and caregivers about gMG and prescribed argenx products.
• Communicate insurance coverage updates to the patient and/or caregiver.
• Review and educate on financial assistance programs.
• Coordinate logistical support for patient to receive therapy.
• Collaborate with Patient Access Specialist, Case Coordinator, and Field Reimbursement Manager teams.
• Engage with patients and provider case coordinators for individualized support.
• Provide patient-focused education to empower patient advocacy.
• Develop relationships and manage multiple challenges for patients and caregivers.
• Ensure compliance with industry laws and argenx policies.
• Aligned regional travel will be required for patient education.
