Job summary

argenx SE is seeking a Nurse Case Manager to educate patients and caregivers about gMG and argenx products. You will coordinate insurance, financial assistance, and therapy logistics while partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve reimbursement issues.

Ideal candidates will have an active RN license, 5+ years of clinical healthcare experience, and 2+ years in case management in pharma/biotech settings. Remote role with Central time zone preference.

Qualifications

• Current RN License in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical healthcare experience including hospital, home health, pharma/biotech.
• 2-5+ years of case management experience.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience required.
• Reimbursement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct educational training and support to patients and caregivers about gMG and argenx products.
• Communicate insurance coverage updates to patients and/or caregivers.
• Review and educate patients/caregivers on financial assistance programs they may be eligible for.
• Coordinate logistical support for patients to receive therapy and manage their disease.
• Collaborate with Patient Access Specialist, Case Coordinator, and Field Reimbursement Manager teams to resolve reimbursement issues.
• Engage with patients and provider case coordinators to ensure individualized support.
• Provide patient-focused education to empower patients to advocate for themselves.
• Develop relationships and manage multiple challenges faced by patients and caregivers.
• Ensure compliance with industry laws and argenx policies.
• Regional travel may be required for patient education programs.
