Job summary

argenx is hiring for a role supporting patient education and access for gMG in the United States. The candidate must be an RN in good standing with 5+ years of clinical healthcare experience and 2+ years in case management, plus pharma/biotech exposure.

Travel up to 50% may be required and bilingual abilities are a plus. The position emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, independent plan execution, and strong communication skills within a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for the role.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in healthcare (hospital, home health, pharmaceutical or biotech).
• 2-5+ years of case management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry a must.
• Reimbursement experience a plus.
• Must live in geographically assigned territory.
• Bilingual or multilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct educational training and support to patients and caregivers about gMG and argenx products.
• Communicate insurance coverage updates to patient or caregiver.
• Review and educate on financial assistance programs and coordinate therapy logistics.
• Collaborate with Patient Access Specialist and Case Coordinator on reimbursement issues.
• Engage with patients and providers to ensure individualized support.
• Provide patient-focused education to empower advocacy.
• Develop relationships and manage multiple challenges faced by patients and caregivers.
• Ensure compliance with industry laws and argenx policies.
• Travel regionally for patient education as needed.
