Job summary

argenx is seeking a Nurse Case Manager (NCM) in the United States to educate patients and caregivers about gMG and our products, coordinate therapy logistics, and resolve reimbursement issues. The role requires a current RN license and 5+ years in clinical healthcare, with 2+ years in case management and pharma/biotech exposure.

Candidates must live in the Central time zone or be assigned to the region; travel is less than 50%. A comprehensive benefits package and incentive programs are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical healthcare experience including hospital, home health, pharma or biotech.
• 2-5+ years of case management experience.
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech industry are required.
• Bilingual or multilingual is a plus.
• Must live in the geographically assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct educational training and support to patients and caregivers about gMG and argenx products.
• Communicate insurance coverage updates and findings to patient or caregiver.
• Review and educate patients on financial assistance programs and coordinate therapy logistics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot reimbursement issues.
• Engage with patients and providers to ensure appropriate support is given.
• Provide patient-focused education to empower advocacy.
• Develop relationships and manage multiple challenges for patients and caregivers.
• Ensure compliance with industry laws and argenx policies.
• Travel regionally for patient education programs.
