argenx is seeking a Nurse Case Manager (NCM) in the United States to educate patients and caregivers on gMG and argenx therapies. You will coordinate insurance updates, financial assistance programs, and therapy logistics across the Western time zone.

Travel up to 50% may be required. You'll collaborate with the Patient Access, Case Coordination, and Reimbursement teams to resolve issues while ensuring compliant and patient-centered support.

Formación

• Current RN License in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical healthcare experience including hospital, home health, pharma or biotech.
• 2-5+ years of case management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry a must.
• Reimbursement experience a plus.
• Must live in geographically assigned territory.
• Bilingual or multilingual a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct educational training and support to patients and caregivers about gMG and prescribed argenx products.
• Communicate insurance coverage updates and findings to the patient and/or caregiver.
• Review and educate the patients and/or caregivers on financial assistance programs that they may be eligible for; coordinate logistical support for therapy and disease management.
• Collaborate with argenx Patient Access Specialist, Case Coordinator, and Field Reimbursement Manager teams to troubleshoot reimbursement issues.
• Engage with patients and provider case coordinators to ensure appropriate support is provided on an individualized basis.
• Provide patient-focused education to empower patients to advocate on their behalf.
• Develop relationships and manage multiple and complex challenges faced by patients and caregivers.
• Ensure compliance with industry laws and argenx policies.
• Aligned regional travel will be required for patient education to support patient programs.
