Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth for Gardner Denver air compression products across assigned distributors in the U.S. This remote role covers IL, ND, SD, NE, CO, WY, MT, MN, WI and requires travel to sites up to 50% of the time.

You will develop business plans, manage channel performance, and collaborate across units to grow revenue. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in mechanical sales, strong relationship skills, and experience with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent).
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical sales, with increasing responsibility within the sales hierarchy.

Responsabilités

• Develop penetration plans to increase market share and recurring revenue through service programs at end-user accounts.
• Build and strengthen distributor relationships at all levels and resolve channel conflicts.
• Provide technical expertise and customer support leveraging Gardner Denver resources to ensure service quality.
