Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• Bilingual—English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with specialized nonprofit industry or healthcare accounting practices, reporting requirements, and procedures.
• Proficient in grants expense management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle exposure to sensitive information.
• Excellent customer service skills, including written, verbal, and telephone communication.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for payment and code into the general ledger system.
• Ensure invoices are paid timely and not duplicated.
• Monitor invoices on hold/draft for future submission.
• Email payment documentation to vendors.
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors and internal clients.
