BEES, AB InBev’s B2B platform, seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer for a remote night shift (16:00–01:30). You will design, deploy, and monitor services across a global retailer platform, improve release processes, and drive automation and observability in production environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement SLOs, participate in capacity planning, and help scale secure systems while delivering world-class solutions to merchants and sellers worldwide.

Formación

• University degree in computing or related field.
• Solid fundamentals in OO design, data structures, algorithms and problem solving.
• Hands on experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and ArgoCD.
• Experience with SRE and Support Engineering methodologies.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Azure, RabbitMQ, AWS, Java and Python.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic, DataDog, Grafana.
• Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with Agile projects.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with teams to design, build, deploy and monitor new and existing services.
• Build and evolve change management and release processes.
• Identify and improve processes by automation.
• Focus on observability and logging with proactive monitoring and alerting.
• Mitigate production issues using scripts, automation, and scaling.
• Raise 3rd party tickets when needed (Microsoft, CloudAMQP, NewRelic, etc).
• Update and improve runbooks; root cause analysis with teams.
• Collaborate with infra and security teams to build scalable, secure systems.
• Define SLO and error budgets; align processes with Operations.
