Job summary

AB InBev Growth Group is seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer (Backend Focus) to design, build, and operate the backend of a data‑intensive Web Analytics and AI portal. You’ll own APIs, the read data layer, authentication, multi‑tenant access, and integration with internal services to deliver commercial intelligence and actionable dashboards.

You will work end-to-end from design to production on a lean, staff‑level team, emphasizing performance, observability, and reliability, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• Experience designing distributed backend services in production.
• Track record delivering features end-to-end.
• Strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and operate backend services.
• Own authentication and multi-tenant access.
• Ship features end to end from API to UI.
• Improve performance and observability.
• Collaborate with AI engineers on agent services.
