Ivanti is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer for a night-shift, Tu-Sat role focused on maintaining and expanding Ivanti Cloud services. You will deploy, secure, and optimize SaaS environments in AWS and Azure, collaborate across engineering, security, and support teams, and automate routine tasks while documenting changes.

The role demands strong English communication and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Formación

• US citizenship and must be located domestically in the U.S.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience (2+ with an achieved BSc in Computer Science or Equivalent Degree)
• Proficiency with Python and experience with Java, Golang, or C#
• Proficiency with Bash or PowerShell; familiarity with Linux distributions
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) preferred
• Experience troubleshooting Java/.NET applications and network/storage issues

Responsabilidades

• Deploying, managing, and securing Ivanti’s production SaaS environments in AWS/Azure
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems
• Automating repetitive tasks and writing documentation
• Training colleagues and participating in on-call rotations for incident response
• Developing infrastructure as code and maintaining deployment pipelines
• Monitoring and improving system observability and performance
