Job summary
Keeper Security is seeking a Systems Support Engineer for the night shift to join our B2B support team. This remote role may hybrid for candidates in the Chicago area and requires handling complex technical issues for a global customer base.
You will support installation, deployment, and resolution analysis while collaborating with engineering and sales teams. Candidates should have strong IT management, system administration, and scripting skills.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT management and system administration experience.
- Experience with Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux administration.
- Experience with SSO environments and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of firewalls, DNS, LDAP, and authentication protocols.
- Strong Linux shell and PowerShell skills.
- Experience in prem/cloud/hybrid environments.
- Working knowledge of Python.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients via phone, email, and online requests.
- Track and monitor support cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
- Escalate critical customer situations to management and engineering teams.
- Communicate technical issues and solutions to engineering, QA, sales, and support teams and customers.
