CTS (Cognizant Technology Solutions) is seeking a NICE CXone Developer - Implementation to design, develop, test, and support IVR and contact center solutions using NICE CXone. The role requires hands-on CXone Studio scripting and RESTful integrations, with strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Experience with NICE InContact/NICE CXone.
Hands-on experience with NICE CXone Studio and IVR scripting.

Responsibilities

Participate in discovery and requirements-gathering activities.
Translate business requirements into technical requirements and solution designs.
Design, develop, test, and deploy NICE CXone IVR flows.
Develop and maintain NICE CXone Studio scripts.
Support on-premise to CCaaS migrations.
Develop call flows and backend REST API integrations.
Configure and support skills-based routing.
Troubleshoot scripting, integration, and system issues.
Prepare technical documentation and implementation plans.
Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
Work with architecture and technical teams on integrations.
Provide technical guidance as a NICE CXone SME.
