Hands‑on experience with NICE CXone development (Studio, APIs, scripting).
Strong understanding of Cisco UCCE/UCCX call flows and routing logic.
Experience with REST APIs, web services, and data exchange formats (JSON, XML).
The NICE CXone Developer Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing NICE CXone applications.
Build integrations between CXone and enterprise systems (CRM, WFM, reporting tools).
Support the migration from Cisco contact center platforms (UCCE/UCCX) to NICE CXone.
Translate Cisco call flows and routing scripts into NICE CXone equivalents.
Work with NICE CXone APIs, RESTful services, and connectors for third‑party systems.
Develop automation scripts for provisioning and configuration.
Work closely with infrastructure engineers, QA teams, and Cisco/NICE support.
Prepare technical documentation, migration guides, and code repositories.
