Job summary

CTS (Cognizant Technology Solutions) is seeking an experienced NICE CXone Developer – Implementation to design, develop, test, deploy, and support IVR and contact center solutions using NICE CXone and Studio scripting.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with RESTful APIs, CXone Studio scripts, and complex call flows, with remote work available for Eastern Time Zone candidates. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with NICE InContact/NICE CXone systems.
• Hands-on CXone Studio scripting and IVR design.

• Support on-premise to CCaaS migrations.
• Create and update API integrations for backend systems.
• Configure skills-based routing and routing policies.
• Troubleshoot scripting, integration, and system issues.
• Prepare technical docs and implementation plans.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-prod activities.
• Collaborate with architecture and technical teams on integrations.
• Provide NICE CXone SME guidance.

We are looking for an experienced NICE CXone Developer – Implementation with strong hands‑on experience in NICE InContact/NICE CXone, RESTful APIs, and NICE CXone Studio scripting. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting IVR and contact center solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with NICE InContact / NICE CXone
• Hands‑on experience with NICE CXone Studio and IVR scripting
• Strong experience with RESTful Web Services / APIs
• Experience developing and implementing IVR flows and call flows
• Experience with Contact Center dashboards and reporting
• Experience with Skills‑Based Routing
• Cisco to CCaaS migration experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
