ProHome, LLC seeks an experienced New Business Development Manager to drive growth with home builders and developers. Remote work is available, with travel to meetings, events, and trade shows as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a proven B2B sales track record in residential construction, a strong network, and expert CRM and presentation skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a focus on building lasting client relationships and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience selling services to home building industry is highly preferred.
• Proven success developing relationships with home builders, developers and construction executives.
• Existing network within residential construction preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop and secure new builder clients for ProHome's services.
• Attend trade shows, HBA events, and networking opportunities.
• Maintain CRM activity and provide updates to leadership.
• Exceed quarterly targets and contribute to overall sales success.
