Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, with emphasis in life sciences preferred.
• 3 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales; neuroscience preferred.
• Executive level requires 12+ years in healthcare sales with complex/account-based selling experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote Acadia products to HCPs in person and virtually with compliant product education.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with HCPs, advocacy groups, and stakeholders.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and objections using advanced selling techniques.
• Tailor sales aids and brand resources to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver coordinated solutions.
• Guide on product pricing, reimbursement, and distribution channels for access.
• Track and report sales activities and expenses timely.
• Represent Acadia at conferences, exhibitions, and trainings; participate in meetings.
• Mentor new sales specialists and contribute to cross-functional projects.
