Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience Sales Specialist in the Tampa, FL area to drive product adoption and access. You will educate HCPs on disease states, reimbursement, and appropriate patient pathways while meeting sales objectives.

You will develop territory plans, build relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, value-based solutions. Travel and driving requirements apply.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required, life sciences preferred.
• 3 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in pharmaceutical/healthcare; neuroscience preferred.
• Executive level: 12 years healthcare sales with 3 years in complex selling.
• Sr. level: 8 years healthcare sales with 2 years in complex selling.
• Demonstrated advanced selling skills, leadership, and business acumen.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Must reside within the territory (or within 30 miles) and have a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%, including overnight stays.
• Vaccination requirements for HCP access and facilities.

• Develop territory business plan to meet sales objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with HCPs and stakeholders.
• Address questions and objections with advanced selling skills.
• Tailor sales aids and resources to customer needs.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver coordinated solutions.
• Provide pricing, reimbursement, and access guidance.
• Accurately track and report sales activities and expenses.
• Represent Acadia at conferences and trainings; attend meetings.
• Mentor and train new sales specialists and contribute to projects.
