Job summary

Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. seeks a Neuroscience Sales Specialist to drive sales in designated US territories. You will promote Acadia products to healthcare professionals, deliver clinical education, and support patient access with reimbursement insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, with emphasis in life sciences preferred.
Advanced selling skills, leadership abilities, and business acumen are expected.
Ability to travel up to 80% of the time if needed.
Must reside within the territory or within 30 miles of its border with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Promote Acadia products to HCPs in person and virtually with clinical, disease state, and reimbursement information.
Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet sales objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with HCPs, KOLs, advocacy groups, and stakeholders.
Address questions, concerns, and objections with advanced dialogue and selling skills.
Tailor sales aids and brand resources to customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver coordinated solutions.
Provide guidance on pricing, reimbursement, and distribution channels for access.
Track and report sales activities and expenses timely.
Represent Acadia at conferences, exhibits, and trainings.
