Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred.
• 3 years of sales experience; 1 year in pharma/healthcare; neuroscience favored.
• Executive level requires 12+ years in healthcare sales with complex selling.
• Strong selling, leadership, and business acumen.
• Proven ability to influence diverse HCP audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and reside within territory.

Aufgaben

• Promote Acadia products to HCPs in person and virtually with education and reimbursement info.
• Develop and execute territory business plan to meet sales objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with HCPs, KOLs, and stakeholders.
• Address questions and objections using advanced dialogue and selling skills.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Track sales activities and expenses; report timely.
• Represent Acadia at conferences and trainings; participate in meetings.
• Mentor new sales specialists and contribute to cross-functional projects.
