Acadia Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Neuroscience Sales Specialist to drive product adoption in Austin, TX by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and providing compliant, education-focused discussions. You will develop territory plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel as needed to meet regional goals.

The role requires in-depth neuroscience knowledge, payor and access understanding, and a track record of successful field-based healthcare sales.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences required; emphasis preferred.
• 3 years of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience; neuroscience preferred.
• 8+ years healthcare sales for Sr level; 2+ years in complex/account-based selling for Sr/Executive.
• 12+ years healthcare sales for Executive level with complex account experience.

Aufgaben

• Promote Acadia products to HCPs in person and virtually with compliant education.
• Develop territory business plans to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with HCPs, KOLs, advocacy groups and other stakeholders.
• Address customer questions/objections using advanced dialogue and selling skills.
• Tailor approved sales aids and resources to customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver coordinated solutions.
• Provide guidance on pricing, reimbursement, and distribution channels.
• Accurately track/report sales activities and expenses.
• Represent Acadia at conferences, exhibitions, and trainings.
• Mentor new sales specialists and contribute to cross-functional projects.
