Job summary

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a Territory Manager for the Dallas, TX Neuromodulation portfolio. You will drive sales strategy, build relationships with physicians and staff, and expand territory penetration while managing schedules and inventory.

The role requires 8+ years in medical devices sales, 4+ years in Neuromodulation, a related bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel up to 25%. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for success in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 8+ years of sales experience in medical devices.
• 4+ years of work experience in Neuromodulation.
• Willingness to travel regularly and adapt to an unpredictable schedule.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills for multi-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategies to increase referrals of Abbott therapies and drive growth.
• Integrate into accounts and build trust with customers and KOLs.
• Generate additional sales revenue in the region by targeted initiatives.
• Train and mentor new Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists.
• Coordinate implanting schedules and manage territory inventory.
• Attend trade shows and ensure regulatory and company policy compliance.
