Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Sales Representative to join the Neuromodulation regional sales team covering Inland Empire, CA. In this role you will develop territory plans, build relationships with physicians, staff, and customers, and execute initiatives to exceed revenue and market penetration targets.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years in medical device sales, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to travel at least 25% are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or four years of relevant work experience
• 2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in medical devices
• Strong organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Develop territory sales plans to exceed revenue and market penetration goals
• Drive referrals and penetrate SCS, DRG, and RF procedures in the region
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, KOLs and industry leaders
• Travel and communicate effectively with physicians and staff
• Coordinate schedules and provide required administrative sales duties
• Monitor competitors and report on sales performance
