Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Territory Manager in Neuromodulation to lead sales strategy within an assigned territory, driving volume, market penetration, and profitability. You will collaborate with clinical staff and leadership to identify opportunities and build competency with Abbott therapies.

Role requires strong sales background in medical devices, Neuromodulation experience, and the ability to travel regularly while maintaining high ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of sales experience in medical devices.
• 4+ years of work experience in Neuromodulation.
• Willingness to travel within assigned area on a regular basis.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with multi-level communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategies to increase referrals and drive growth within the territory.
• Integrate into accounts, build trust with customers, KOLs, and leaders.
• Generate additional revenue by initiatives targeting referrals.
• Exercise latitude to set technical objectives for assignments.
• Mentor new Territory Managers and support staff.
• Coordinate schedules and implanting timelines for Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists.
• Maintain FDA/regulatory compliance and timely reporting of activities.
